  • Instead of buying a 2" bike rack for my Taco we made one that is stronger then one you can buy. We built it out of scrap pieces of steel from left over projects.
    Parts;
    2" Receiver (overkill)
    left over bend from the Jeep cage 1.75 .120w DOM
    Left over bar stock 1"
    C cannel brackets from a Network Rack
    Old Thule roof mount bike rack.

      Thanks. i would love to use it more but it will not stop raining long enough to get on the trails. After the last rains most of the trails are underwater.
      i think my next fab job would be a rod and cup holder for the 1976 Aqua Sport bass boat. Not sure why they did not put any of them in the beginning.
      thanks for the comment and the watch.

    Great job. It helps having all them fine tools at your disposal.

      Thanks. it took many years and odd jobs to acquire them. I can always use more. Would like a plasma and a tig. If you catch the trailer videos where I am doing a lot of welding you will see that my little bitty lincoln would be upgraded. Maybe one day. Will have to sell a lot more firewood.
      Thanks for watching.
