I’d say as a left back yes. Rolfo is still fantastic though, but better as a CM :)

Same I use all my 82 rated but decided to keep my untradable mendy 82 and don't put him into a upgrade sbc. I only pack him once this year. While I pack otavio 82 over 100 times.

Defending wise Mendy anything attacking wise Cancelo. Although not as fast his crosses are ridiculous and pinged in a few surprise finesse shots
I’d say Mendy is better defensively. Cancelo going forward is better, so depends on your playstyle :)
