I know it’s an a lot of art vlogs, tutorials and also Pinterest! I literally had this conversation with my therapist yesterday and I know it’s really hard and I really want to have that inspiration to art and honestly I love art and cooking. However, you always got to be kind and patient with yourself and also take baby steps. Things don’t happened overnight. It takes time .

For the matcha you can just add a little hot water to turn it liquid then add it to your milk. It blends alot better. I do it with Ovaltine and milk tea powder.

Lately, I had been struggling due to a lot of hardships, and then I restarted painting. honestly, this had been the perfect coping mechanism for me. Ah, memories of my youth as an artist. Thank you for reminding me of these moments. I had quite forgotten them. Of course I am sooo much older than you. Many decades have gone by since I was as young as you are. Now, I’m a senior and a widow with grandchildren almost as old as you. I do have a studio jammed with with books and so many art supplies. Too many to use in my lifetime. I have brushes and some tubes of paint from when I was younger than you! My medium has changed course throughout my life. It has evolved as much as my life has. It has often redirected by my marriage, children and grandchildren. I still have my easel from back in the day, painting knives, etc. Now it has been watercolor that I paint with, quite successfully. Thank you for sharing your world with all of us. Even us senior artists need to be reminded of our youth and reflect on our long journey getting to where we are. Don’t give up on your watercolors. Try sheer layers to achieve your goal.

Love yourself because you're beautiful don't compare yourelf to others, you're to wonderful to do that. take care of yourself you're fucking beautiful. and i am sure you're pretty damn smart, funny, and caring too. love yourself... and when the pain becomes to much to bear, just remember life make you happy it just has to make u strong first. u r a good girl, but so many ppl think u r weak. but u r stronger than them all. if they tell ypu othetwise show them side they will never want to see again. just know, "you can make a kingdom fall with a touch of you finger" they never truly understand you. so when they say you are not strong, just remember all the things you have been through, and all the things you haven't. they haven't seen what you have seen, and experienced what you have.❤️
