Interesting video :) I make carrot wine. And from your description of how your Carrot Cake mead tastes, it couldn't taste more different :) My recipe is a typical english country wine recipe. It makes a more subtle wine, that isnt obviously carrot. My wife loves carrot cake, so I will have to give your recipe a go.

I tried to make one. Ended up using a lot of extracts. Was terrible. One of the only brews I’ve ever dumped.
