As someone who works housekeeping, i can confirm that we do this, but it's solely because of 2 reasons
1. Our boss thinks that everything is dirty every 2 seconds.
2. We are working up to 8 hours (12 max) and we legit have three things to do the whole shift and we really just trying to find something to do
