@@janetomes6481 I really like a soup: tofu & tempe squares fried first. And then boil in a pot of coconut milk, spinach, turmeric, candlenut, cinnamon, pepper, salt, onion, garlic. You can add other veggies if you want. Delicious! 😋
Did you try Tempeh yet? I heard it likened to chicken nuggets. I tried it the 1st time & thought it was the savory version of man made plaintain in a chunky block that is so easy to make strips or cubes or just shapes, even left as a single piece yet cross thread scored at the top half like a chicken breast. Season it with dry seasons or air fry or ordinary fry it. Put some sauce moisture as it cooks to absorb the flavours. It is as though you're frying chicken chunks yet cooking requires a few minutes, similar to a big chunk of mushroom. Definitely low carb & high protein, easy eat. Slightly harder on the digestive system does suggest high fibre or maybe I just ate too much of it 😊 Well worth a try 👄🙋♀️☯️
Try steaming it a bit first..to add moisture and digestibility..it is very high protein and fiber
