There were earlier glam bands like Bowie, T Rex, Slade, Sweet, etc all from Britain so Angel may have been the first US one... but they were the first to expand glam into hard rock and progressive rock, especially with Greg Giuffria's amazing keyboard work on the first two albums.

Wow! Way impressed. These guys are nearly 70.. They sound young and relevant. Just missing Gregg but oh well, this is a badass band of cats playing 44 year old music with a lot of original integrity! Fantastic guitar sound from Punky. His fills and thrills are classic Metal moves. Incredible vocals from Frank. No rest either. Drummer has them transitioning from one song to another in perfect time. Love CAN YOU FEEL IT!
