Your fence on the office is actually a perfectly legal building technique. Sliding tiles in between studs is perfectly fine. If you were to slide plates in between the studs, that would be illegal.
The town and your characters look amazing, I love the variation in your minifigs, no one looks the same. Really great details on the buildings! Especially love the church and the stain glass windows!
