Terrifier 1 and 2 are the most violent films ever made so far.
This was a brutal carnage fest and I loved every minute of it. That bedroom kill oof so freakin brutal and long like damn💀
Not that it's been confirmed or anything, but I saw a theory online that Art has the power to keep people alive so he can torture them more. If that were true, it makes Art so much more terrifying.
That would make sense why Alie was alive so long during the bedroom scene
I have my own little theory that he also has some sort of power to make people freeze in their place until he pounces on them. It happens all throughout both movies and it always feels weird why no one reacts at first until Art starts his chase.

You are close but on the audio commentary for the movie Damien Leone said. It's a prophecy playing out Siennas Fathers role was only to see it an drew it. Along with prepare Sienna for her part in it. But you where basically right other wise. Art an the Pale girl or clown girl on the side of hell then Sienna on the side of heaven with Jonathan. Doing whatever his part will be.

I went to see Terrifier 2 at the movies. Watching the bedroom kill scene was a hell of an experience with a crowd. Had me squirming. Apparently 3 has a kill so brutal it had the actor for Art gagging on set 😂🤘🏻

I am not one to talk about the lore of this movie but you thinking he was their father was the thought that went through my mind too when watching this. Any way basically what happened was that that demon girl they saw is the one that revived Art in the mourge and is also the reason he was reborn so to speak. It was causing him to go after those two because it knew that Sienna was the only one that could stop Art and her and it wanted to make sure that Art kills her before she gets the chance. Now Sienna herself will be in the third one too so it will be interesting to see what happens next. Sienna basically is like a warrior of the light chosen to destroy the demon and Art as well..at least that is all how I see it and like I said I could be way off about that and if I am then sorry to all those who know the true story behind it all. Any way grate reaction as always guys.
You basically got it right an this is confirmed on the audio commentary for the movie. With Damien Leone he said he went a supernatural and biblical with Arts story. Because in Terrifier 2016 when Art first sees Tara and Down he is a normal human with nothing supernatural about him in any way shape or form. Then you see how evil he naturally is because he's a sadistic psychopath as a normal human. Then Art does the thing with the bullet an plans on never coming back. Then the wird electrical stuff in the morgue was the supernatural entity. That Damien Leone calls the Pale Girl or clown girl. It Resurrected Art back from the dead.
Then on the audio commentary for Terrifier 2 Damien Leone conferms. Art has no idea what happened an why he's not dead. That why when he looked in the mirror he loos at where his eye should be an feels the back of his head. To confirm it did indeed actually happen so Art is confused by him being alive himself. That is why when he first sees the Pale Girl or clown girl in the laundromat. Art is looking at her like what the F is going on an who are you. So Art was completely unaware of any of the supernatural stuff until. He was resurrected and met the pale girl then the entity basically filled him in.
Now Siennas Father was basically a modern day prophet seeing a prophecy playing out. So he seen Arts actions an drew them he also seen his daughters part in it. He drew that an then as the one said in the movie. He got drunk an drove into the power trancfomer an died.
Now Siennas part that dream was not a dream it was her Crucible or test. It was given to her by the same force that gave her father his visions. To see if she would fight back against Art or not. As soon as she reached into the cereal box and she pulled out her weapon she passed. That fire in her room was basically Holly fire blessing her weapon. So basically heaven almost burnt down her house blessing her sword. Just saying not that smart on heavens part.
But at that moment the Pale Girl told Art all of this. Basically the entity the Pale Girl is connected to this prophecy that's why only Art and Sienna an Jonathan can see an interact with it. No one outside of the prophecy can. So the plan was kill Siennas family and friends to F with her mind like how the TV host talked to her. To break her down mentally then get her to the hunted house. Then the thing with the red lights around it was literally and figuratively a doorway or portal to hell. So get Sienna there kill her an trap her soul in hell before she could get Resurrected. As the force of good to counter Art being the force of evil. It almost worked but Art made one major mistake he killed her with her own weapon. Because in Valkyrie or warrior angel lore you can't kill them with their own weapon. So since Art killed her with her own sword she was resurrected as the force of good anyways. But if Art killed her with anything else she would of been trapped in hell for all eternity. All this is on the audio commentary for Terrifier 2 with Damien Leone.
Now the ending its simply look at the drawing of her holding a head. It clearly doesn't look like Arts head in any way shape or form. It clearly looks like a demon head because it has horns an pointy ears. So basically Sienna cut off the wrong head.
Now my idea an it makes sense the entity that resurrected Art back from the dead is a demon. Because Damien Leone went all biblical an that entity is the Pale Girl. It Resurrected Art back from the dead an it keeps Art alive. To kill him Sienna needs to cut of the Pale Girls head. Think about it if the entity that resurrects and keeps Art alive dies. He ether option one dies immediately or option 2 he becomes completely human again and can die permanently. That's what I understood from similar things where people are resurrected from the dead. If you kill or destroy what brought them back. One of those two things happen.

Unlike other slashers, Art doesn't just kill, he likes to bring as much pain as he can to his victims. He keeps them alive for as long as he can to torture them for his own amusement. I'm surprised this movie didn't get an NC-17 rating for how gruesome it is.
Damien has mentioned in interviews that Sienna Shaw is a character he’s been working to put in film for over a decade and that she is going to be the heart of the series-meaning that Art will probably eventually die at some point, lol.

The idea of that girl being alive while being completely skinned is wild. These movies are so confusing but I just try to think it is a shock value film and not made at all for the story line lol. The next one is Christmas themed so that should be fun haha
there’s a theory i saw that said Art has the power of letting his victims stay alive as long as he wants because he wants them to feel his pain and torture and that’s why Allie was still alive even while being skinned alive but there’s like no proof of this it’s just mostly head canon to explain the wild shock factor of these kills sometimes since we also still don’t know what Art even is and how he keeps dying and coming back

I love that everything hasn't been answered, I like the mystery behind it and hate when everything is spelled out. There is more movies coming and I'm pretty sure the whole series will play out as a continuous story. Part 2 picked up right where part 1 left off and I think you'll find part 3 picks up right where 2 left off. It's like watching Lord of the Rings : Fellowship of the Ring and saying you hate it because the end didn't pay off. The story isn't finished! It sounds like we're probably getting a 4 movie arc. Damien has said he knows how things will end and where he wants the story to go. If you watch the director's commentary you will also hear that the "dream sequence" is a bit more than a dream and has some real importance. So there's lots that's unanswered but this story is not done :) I love these movies! Part 3 is my most anticipated movie, maybe ever. Great reaction guys, hope you hit up part 3 down the road when it's available. I can't wait for October 11th! 💀🤘🏻
From all indications, Art is NOT Sienna's dad. It's true that this movie leaves a lot of questions, but that was it's intent. The answers will allegedly be in Terrifier 3 (Or 4).

First ignore anyone that says the movie All Hallows Eve 2013 has anything to do with these movies an the Lore of Art the Clown. Because on both audio commentaries Damien Leone makes it perfectly clear he says these movies have. Nothing to do with anything from All Hallows Eve 2013. If you don't believe me get the movies on physical media an listen to the audio commentaries for yourself.
Now about the Terrifier 2016 and Terrifier 2 2022 movies. Damien Leone says on the audio commentary for Terrifier 2 that hes going all supernatural an biblical with Arts story. Like a movies like that they are told in parts. Part one Terrifier 2016 at the start when Art first sees Tara and Down he is a normal human with nothing supernatural about him in any way shape or form. Hes just a sadistic psychopath killer so basically a evil person. You see how evil he is in the first movie then that bullet officially killed him permanently 100 percent dead. He had no plans on coming back to life at all. Then that wird electrical stuff happens in the morgue. That was a supernatural force resurrecting Art back from the dead. Then an only then making Art supernatural the end of part one. You see a normal human evil sadistic psychopath killer. Die then get Resurrected by a supernatural force.

Then in part 3 Terrifier 3 you will have a fully supernatural force of evil Art an a fully supernatural force of good Sienna. Both on a level so to speak supernatural force playing field. Because as Damien Leone said on the audio commentary for Terrifier 2. If you have a supernatural force of evil you need a supernatural force of good to counter or stop it. Because no normal human can stop or kill a supernatural force. You need one supernatural force to stop or kill another supernatural force.
It all kinda makes sense, definitely changed my perspective on this sequel and looks like the director does have a plan. I’m intrigued now.

The director purposely chose to take an episodic approach to this franchise. So, like a tv series, each film gives a little more information (as well as raising new questions) that may not be answered or paid off until the next chapter. The Terrifier films aren't meant to be completely self-contained.

It's been confirmed on the audio commentary for Terrifier 2016 that anything from All Hallows Eve 2013 is non cannon. It has nothing to do with the Art in the Terrifier 2016 movie an this movie an Terrifier 3 or maybe Terrifier 4.
On the audio commentary for Terrifier 2016 Damien Leone said he wrote a hole new story from the beginning. Officially starting Arts story when he wrote the script or screenplay for Terrifier 2016 an after. It has a nameless clown with a completely different look. Then in like 2011 he had another idea for that nameless clown so he made a short film called Terrifier. In that short film he gave that nameless clown a name Art along with trying a new look for him. Then someone seen that short film an asked him to work on by making a short film for a movie called All Hallows Eve. But Damien Leone convinced him to let him make the entire movie. So then Damien Leone took the short films The 9th Circle an Terrifier an made a new short film. Because he need 3 short films for All Hallows Eve. Then he made the wrap around story for All Hallows Eve around Art. Then Damien Leone said he was trying to get a movie made called The 9th Circle. But that never happened. That is backed up on the bonus features for Terrifier 2016. Because the actress that played Tara said she originally additioned years ago for a movie called The 9th Circle. But that movie never happened.

You clearly are not used to this kind of story telling. Because it makes perfect sense if you are used to it. Because Damien Leone is not making just another copy cat slasher killer with Art the clown. On the audio commentary for Terrifier 2 he says he's going full on supernatural and biblical here.
With movies with prophecy story plot lines. They are told in parts part one Terrifier 2016. You see Art a normal human sadistic psychopath killer with nothing supernatural about him in any way shape or form. When it starts then at the end you see Art getting resurrected by evil Supernatural Force making art a supernatural force of evil. There now you fully understand the movies villain.
Part two Terrifier 2 you introduce the counter to that character. In the beginning Sienna is a normal human then at the end she is resurrected as a supernatural force of good. To counter Art being the supernatural force of evil.
Part 3 you have a fully supernatural force of good to counter the supernatural force of evil. On a even play ground two fully supernatural forces one good one evil facing of against one another.
Because as Damien Leone said if you have a supernatural force of evil. You need a supernatural force of good to counter it because no normal human. Can win against a supernatural force so to fight against one supernatural force. You need another supernatural force.
