    Ingredients:
    500g Catfish
    1 cup Thai basil (for making crispy basil)
    3 tbsp All-purpose Flour or a mixture of flours
    2 cups Oil for deep frying
    2 tbsp Cooking oil for stir-fry
    1/4 cup Big red Chili
    4-5 Garlic cloves
    1/2 cup Thai Basil (for stir-fry)
    2 tbsp Oyster sauce
    2 tbsp Black sweet sauce
    2 tsp Sugar
    2-3 tbsp Water
