I'm 25 (not a single mom) and started college this year, best decision of my life, when I tried 7 years ago I was too immature for it and failed because going out was more interesting, now I'm more than ready to do it and succeed. Even without a child it felt scary to be surrounded by teenagers but so far I don't regret anything

I am 26 and I started going to University this year. In my Country 26 and first year in Uni is questionable. But who cares I decided to do this
When I started college after high school, I went to a community college and there were a lot of older people in my classes and honestly it opened my eyes to all the different experiences people have in life. And I know you’ll make an impact on your classmates.
Tip: the day before you start college do a deep cleaning of the house it’ll make you feel more organized and accomplished. Also have a routine for the week so that you can manage with everything. Good luck ❤

I am 27 now my birthday just passed and I went back to college at 25 but it was the best decision I am not a mother but I believe I know myself better now than when I was younger, I now know what my interests are and what I want to do with my life in general, I’m almost done with the first half of my college career and honestly it’s been so much fun!
I think about it this way too! I’m way more disciplined and organized now that I’m older. We’re in this together!!

I was a teen mom I became a single mom after my son was born. I dropped out after I had him too. I did it alone for 2 years now. At this moment I am a co parenting mom with my son father and let me tell you I am so happy where I am I just turned 20 my son just turned 3. I graduated this year. I am learning how to love myself before I love someone. I am not interested in school rn. I know if I do go to college I am not going to be happy. I am taking a few years off.

I’m a single mom currently in college as well. Im in community college and finishing my bachelors at a different college. I love community college tho because there are so many people of all ages with completely different life experiences and stories. My close friend going though the semesters was 43 years old!! And most of my friends are entering their 30s or already in them. Never feel ashamed or feel like you’re too old!

I'm 26 and just started university/college this year. Began in September! Sometimes starting later in life is so much better as you have life experience and you're mentally ready and more mature to go to college and succeed!
In case you see this, my mom went back to school when I was in 3rd grade to get her degree. She walked when I was in 6th grade and officially finished sometime in my 7th/8th grade (I’m 23 now). I’m so so proud of my mom for fighting so hard to keep going. I hope college this time will be a good experience for you and that you find your balance with time! Just know you have people in your corner like me who’s seen how hard it was to do with kids. It’s scary but I know that you can do it!!!

I started college late in life. I went when I was 22 because I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do. Now flash forward to 8 years later and I graduated. I definitely took my time but I am so happy I did it. I am now an elementary teacher and so thankful for my education. Wishing you the best of luck! You’ll do amazing.

I started following you right after you had Mateo and I was in a freshmen in college with a newborn as well and seeing you on CZcams as a young mom in a school during that time was a reminder that we can do it. That being said I took a long time to finish and finally graduated at 25 with my BA and I still feel behind at times , but it’s a journey and it’s never too late to start or finish.🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎good luck !!!

This video is what I needed to feel more confident in myself. I enrolled to college for the spring semester to finish my degree. I stopped going when I gave birth and now at 25 im ready to achieve this. I will say that I was suppose to go last year but i was in a car accident and now have ptsd 😢😢 As you said this wont be easy,but nothing will stop me. Thank you for inspiring many ppl Jelian 💖

My older sister is a 25 year old single mom as well with 2 year old twins(both boys)one boy is neroutypical and will be diagnosed with autism right after his 3rd birthday because their insurance won’t let them diagnose a child that young,the other has angelman syndrome!!! She decided to go back to college as well!!! She plans to study beauty and make up…. But first she needs to wait til they are 3, wait til the kid with angelman syndrome(Nolan)gets help and the right concoction of meds so he won’t have seizures and mobility issues and get him into speech therapy and gets the kid who might have autism(Wyatt)diagnosed at 3….. she needs to find some sort of support system….. so even though you have a lot of things on your plate don’t give up and stay with your goals!!! If you want to go to college you should do it!!! So proud!!! My sister is the same with her kids room….. she don’t like cleaning it either…”please don’t let there be a Duplo mess”BTW what are you planning to study.

So, I’m 25 and graduated college on May! I was part time because I just couldn’t do school full time. I have anxiety being in a classroom and also taking test. I need to pass my VTNE but I have to pay 300$ and I haven’t because I also got pregnant and I’m giving birth on February. This video gave me motivation to at least study while I wait for my baby’s arrival. ❤️ you got this gurl!

Congratulations on going back to college. After I graduated from high school, it was my first time attended to a 2-year college. I started to take online courses during the pandemic. I have been studying at a 2-year college for 7 years. I am 24 years old. I am still single. I am an uncle with one nephew. Last year, it was my first time being an uncle haha. Will be earning my AA degree in next semester. Once I complete with my AA degree in General Ed, I will be earning my training in acting to become an actor on television. Then, I will be earning my BA degree in journalism while minoring in business to get help with my acting and journalism career on television. I was born in the city of Buffalo in New York. I was diagnosed with autism at age 3. I am working on my second book, which is called my life throughout with autism and being a military child. I grew up eating Puerto Rican and Colombian food. My bio parents are from Puerto Rico, and my stepdad is from Colombia. I always call my stepdad as my dad because I grew up with him. That is the one in the military. Keep that in mind you are never too old to learn. There are many college students who are parents in my age or in the 30’s who went to college with me during my first time attended to college as well! When I was getting my associate at community college I shared classes with people a little older than me from 25-30 all the way up to 60+!!!!!!! I'm almost done with my bachelor now, with specific courses rather than gen ed, so I don't see as many people 40+, but plenty of 25-35 year olds!!!!!! You're never too old for education, and tbh it should be more normalized to take time after high school to figure out exactly what you want to do. Kids are pushed to go to college, but don't even know what they're going for and therefore don't have the right motivation :(
