The reason Pakistani army interferes in Pakistani politics is a long game like the drama “Game of Thrones” depicted where noble families waged wars against each other, you see Pakistan army has a long history of interfering in the politics of the country this is because the civilian government is incompetent and is corrupt which is mostly occupied by one-sided thoughts and policies which are repealed by the next government and this cycle goes on and on until a Coup.
Each general basically has its own personality and political opinion, once majority of the generals have the same opinion they try for coup and this has happened in history of Pakistan, most people saw the civilian government as an feable and weak form of government as compared to army, an example is that during 1950s the army was temporarily given the control of Lahore city to fix infrastructure and turn it like Lahore Cantt. and the army did that in the matter of few days compared to civilian government which took years this raised the public image of army, to the point where in 1958 when Ayub Khan declared Martial Law people said: ‘Pakistan mein toh mashallah ho gaya hai’ (In Pakistan has happened Mashallah), here Mashallah is a mimication for Martial Law.………
