Robbie you need to put the intake air temp sensor after the intercooler to make sure the car reads the right temps
They definitely need to see this! That temp reading is going to be off and cause iat corrections on the ECU to adjust fuel the wrong way

The intake temperature sensor kinda needs to go on the manifold or at least the boost side where the temperature raises
And maybe try putting a better filter

Fill the tube with sand and cap them off. Its an old hotrod trick before mandrel times. Helps them from collapsing
Recirculating waste-gate is the word you're looking for, and I personally would do that, screamer pipes sound like Doo-Doo.. keep up that awesome work though. Also I'd put some heat shielding on that oil return line plz. Oil leak next open wastegate = no fun..

Fill your pipe with sand before you bend thin stuff. The sand supports the inner wall helping prevent kinking.
Twin disc clutches are known to chatter, your clutch has springs to reduce this, but the plate in middle is floating so without pressure it’s got room to move, clutch out and it should be quiet in neutral as it’s clamped

I would refer to the clutch manufacturers recommended adjustment of the clevis to reduce the chance of premature clutch wear as most aftermarket clutch kits require more throw to fully properly engage & disengage
That usually is the throw out bearing when you press the clutch normally but on a twin disk chattering is also normal you have to know the difference of a bad bearing which is more of a rolling grinding

Your twin disc clutch is indeed normal. Even motorcycles like dry clutch ducati sound them too. That is why most motorcycle clutches are in oil. 1 for wear and 2 for the clattering sound

Do a weird off center but subtle hoodscoop for the intake
You guys should try what we do for bending tubing on PC’s. We have to slide something in the tubing to help keep its shape as it’s bent, this prevents the kinking problem. If you filled the pipe with sand and capped the ends with duct tape or something similar and tried bending, it might get rid of that issue since there’s something in the pipe to assist it retaining its shape.

shouldt the temp sensor be after the intercooler? like before turbo its more cold than after and before intercooler its more hot than after so the most acurate reading you could get its after the intercooler, good video keep going!

Did y'all lube the throw out barring and the lever that pushes it out?
If the pipe keeps kinking you can fill it with sand, sand acts as a mandrel, and it wont kink. But you can weld it too.

@robbieferreira we absolutely do NOT mind these all over the place videos once in awhile. It's nice to just take 20 minutes (to us) and button up a bunch of things. I'm sure you felt under the gun but to us it just looked like git-r-dun mode.

I'm not sure if it would work in this circumstance but you could also try putting something that's noncompressible into the pipe before bending it like filling it with sand that way the pipe is forced to make the band instead of buckling

I think the problem was you were trying to use a pipe bender for bending thinner exhaust tubing, I believe there's another type of bender designed for that but idk
