  • This is my rebuilding my old remixed rerailer from Thingiverse. My original worked much better than my old eyes and hands but needed refining. This is a newer version in 10, 16, 25 & 35cm lengths. (or 4", 6", 10" and 14"). It prints face down so the wheels roll over a flat surface. I included both with and without my custom printer flange - a brim but it is an object and helps bed adhesion for thin edges. Get the free STL here: cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/...
There are grooves on the bottom to hold the rerailer securely in place on the rails and keep the end aligned. Make sure the inner rail edges are aligned with the rerailer edge and the cars and locomotives should go right onto the rails.

I asked for the N Big Boy rerailer. I have ballasted Atlas flex. I find that the rerailer is not wide enough. The slots for the wheel flanges are fine. But the rerailer's narrowness makes it unstable on the horizontal plane. The edges need to extend further outward. I wish there was a better way to communicate other than CZcams comments.

Not a problem. Message me on Cults. How much wider on each side? Just added three more versions of the 25cm long rerailer. Wider, wider and taller and even wider than that... Let me know if that works!
