btw, they had s1n who was supposed to be their new IGL. But took the role away from him after a while and reduced him to a lame support player. Now s1n's thriving in M80 while BIG continues choking and getting outplayed)

If they don't make it work with this line up it's time to accept there won't be a good german team any time soon, these are pretty much the best german players in the market minus prosus maybe, so a roster change really wouldn't make them better.

I think the players is not the biggest of problems. Each of them have shown they can do it they just need to fix the igl-ing. It looks so uncoordinated at times as well as too stiff wheb they wanna force a plan. If they dont fix that, then they won‘t get much out of this team.

@@orkhanshirinI have come up with a tier system which perfectly encapsulated all the teams essentially
Tier 1- Professional salary, Professional players, competes in the highest leagues, prolly has 5-6 support members (look at NaVi's vlogs and see how many people just follow the team around)
Tier 2- Starting Professional salary, not professional players, just 5 really great players and coach who's been playing for a good while (for example Eternal Fire)
Tier 3- No salary, no coach, just 5 random players playing qualifers. just 5 friends met in faceit.
Tier 4- Tier 1 levels of organization, so professional salary, professional players, coach, support system, bootcamp everything there, but performance is tier 3 level. So they are actually worse than tier 3 teams, since they get the support required for a tier 1 team, but cannot even qualify for litterally anything of importance, only playing in tournaments which they bought slots for. Big, NIP, etc.

Ich muss ehrlich sagen ,es wird schlechter und schlechter. In den letzten 2 Jahren habt ihr soviele Spieler neu besetzt,das darunter komplett das Teamplay verschwunden ist. Da sind viele viele Baustellen die ihr mal überarbeiten solltet. Denkt endlich langfristig. Baut in Ruhe ein Team auf.
