Today Wheein dropped a digital single called Whee (no MV) and also uploaded a fan chant video so moomoos could join in for her upcoming solo concerts. Whee was produced and performed by rocker Sanghyun Na (guitar, bass & drums) and co-produced by Young K of Day6. Loved all of Wheein's discography to date but 'In the Mood' definitely takes the cake as her best work yet. Seriously chef's kiss! 'Here I Am' is my favorite off the album, what a fantastic closing track.
This album is a masterpiece! I love it, I listen to all the songs, but since the release I've listened to Breeze, Aphrodite and In The Mood almost daily. It's a non-skip album for sure ❤

Here I am is very personal song for her, from all of her experiences, from all of her hardship, from all of her anxieties, from the ups and down, She came out strong from all of that! Here I am have a Hillsong vibe type of song
I feel like the Whee album was very much a Ravi album. While she only wrote one song here, I think she was in full control of the total album this time.
@@SylverReacts Ravi was the main rapper for Vixx. He started an agency for hip hop and then later The Live for singers. When Wheein joined, the only other singer there was Ailee. They did a collaboration called Solo Christmas. Ailee has since left, and I think Wheein is the only one there now. Ravi got caught trying to avoid military service with a paid for note from a doctor and I don't know his status, but he was apparently not involved with this album.
Probably might seem pointless but I recommend checking out in the mood highlight medley - it was live snippets of the album so some songs you don't have a live stage for - definitely in your own time and not as a reaction
This full album is great for looping whole day! All of her capabilities are showing throughout the whole album! Different techniques, different moods, different feelings in different relationships/stages/phases of relationship, yea, s e x i e r indeed!

The whole album is perfect. Perfect execution, perfect dedication to being "in the mood". One of the best albums out of SK recently, imo.
