I like you guys exploring out of the city, unlike other Vblogger they show all the nice touristy places but you guys ventured out and find something different!❤❤❤
Thanks, there's more to come!
DBKL tolong buat maintenance kemudahan2 yg dah rosak tuuu
Sup guys, Gani here (we met in Langkawi at Rainbow Lodge ). Since you are in KL, though I might let you know that there is a hostel in Chinatown called mingle were on Thursdays they organize a trip to a local hot spring spot (which was like 46 degrees) and then a trip over to a waterfall spot were you can swim as well. Guide is a volunteer named Paola from Mexico (sign up first and you get a free ride to the locations and the rest of the costs is RM 2 for hot springs and RM 8 for the waterfalls). Enjoy your travels and as always, cheers.
This is awesome
Hey Gani, thanks for all this info bro!,sounds good and we'll definitely check it out and maybe make a video. Hope you're doing good!
I am from the Caribbean island of Curaçao and have become a fan of your vlog, especially now that my wife and I are in Malaysia right now. I like the down-to-earth style of your videos. No showing off and prancing around. Keep it up.
Are you kidding me
Thanks man 👍
@@TravelsonToast You are spot on Alex. That's the same reason I am a ardent follower of Travels on Toast!!
Its time for you guys to explore Genting Highlands & Cameron Highlands .. u will find something special or similar to your home land
video soon!
Nice to see you doing the proper local thing. Too many visitors just stick to the tourist routes. Adventure on and Cheers!
Thanks man 👍 can agree with that
There's a saying
Being lost in Kuala Lumpur is just a new experience to enjoy and see more about Malaysia
The short noddles is call ‘rat tail’
Thanks for sharing this wonderful video n for showing your exploration in KL.
Yay, 1st to comment for d 1st time.
Congrats! hehe
Thanks for watching 🙏
@@TravelsonToast Hehehe. Thank u. 😁
Good to see many not so popular places in Malaysia, always enjoy watching your exploration. Cheers.
Thanks for watching!
u guys can go to putrajaya challenge park to skate
There's another skatepark at Bukit Jalil, where it just located outside Bukit jalil Lrt station. After skating, just head to Sri petaling to look for good food, a lot of f&b shop over that area. Btw, if direct translate the noodles in the claypot, its called "mouse noodles", because it's look like a tail of the mouse 😂
Congratulations! You have hit 40k subscribers!! Keep those videos coming and you will hit 100k in no time.
Thanks so much Jimmy! We hope so 🙂
Yo guys congrats another 10k unlocked👏👏.keep doing what u doing.n we really need to see more skate sessions..😬🙌
11:10 They have so many names for that noodle. But I believe the locals called it the "Rat Tail" noodles.
2 years of mco leaves a lot of outdoor places not maintained. In tropical countries things tend to fall apart
Yup. Even the 3 year old MRT station with state of the art facilities are not maintained after MCO
Come to Shah Alam Extreme Park, Seksyen 13!! You’ll love the skate park
You can try to visit Fraser Hill in Malaysia. It is a heritage village build by an english man called Fraser during prime period of the british empire. Perhaps, maybe Olivia able to find her long lost ancestor.
The noodles in the clay pot is called "loh see fun" in Cantonese - literal translation: mouse noodles....it look like a mouse, each piece of it doesn't it?
Yeah, that name totally fits those noodles :)
Holy Cow. You were in my neighbourhood. That park has a main entrance. Its a hidden park. Not many locals know about it.
How the heck you ended there? Haha
ahaha...#teamBatuMuda right.....😆
It's good that you guys showed the broken fence, usually we will report it to the authority (municipal council) so that they could mend it....maybe nobody has yet making any report about it...
We have better skate parks, one near Stadium Shah Alam, another one in Putrajaya and a new one at One Utama mall.
For hammocks just head to a Decathlon shop. A good one is the one beside KLCC
Thanks for the tips!
@@TravelsonToast my pleasure!
Never missed your video. Love it mate! 😁
Thanks man!
Haha yeah unfortunately this skatepark is not maintained and abandoned, there are some kids still using it but just be careful it's dangerous. In Klang Valley, the skateparks that are maintained and used by many skaters which you can find local communities are the Putrajaya Challenge Park in Putrajaya, the Shah Alam Skatepark, the Kiara Skatepark in Mont Kiara, unfortunately all these are far from public transportation if you went there by public transport. There is a very new one skatepark in One Utama mall though, so you might want to try that. it's really new and just launched few months ago
Regarding the roti, it could be the curry or dhal that came with it, sometimes some people stomachs can't stand the mixture of spices in there regardless of its spicy or not.
Hope you can eat roti again without the curry
Thanks for the tips 🙏 I hope so too 😅
0:06 omg 😱😱😱 you come to METROPOLITAN!??? I'm stay KIARA EAST apartment 😱😱 I love 😘 you guy's 🤗 ❤️❤️❤️
HAHAHHH that was me man, with the rollerblade. But man, if I knew you're into Nasi Kandar, I would've introduced you to the place less than 1km away from the skate park, which for me is the best Nasi Kandar in the area
Awesome man! That's a shame we didn't ask, we didn't want to disturb you and your friend too much. Maybe next time!

What?you at Batu Park and can’t find food?for your information you are in ‘food heaven’ city (Batu,Gombak,Sentul)..one world food you can find there..but it’s ok..as long you still enjoy your journey, then do as you like..one more thing,as budget traveller I suggest you to try Nasi Ayam Kunyit (with sambal) or Nasi Ayam Cincang / Nasi Kak Wok (with curry) for your meal..the price is below rm10 per portion..sometimes the portion can make you full..
we couldn't see any food nearby on the maps, we would have to walk very far. Wish we had someone to show us around!
@@TravelsonToast sorry for that..did you ask the local before you start walking?
try skate at bukit kiara skatepark
please come to sabah
Cer try go to colmar tropical, bukit tinggi pahang .... Never been there but it's look pretty cool ...hehew
The reason why not many people at that restaurant because the one who go there are only Chinese, Indian & tourist only, all the local Malay people won't go there unless they have Halal certificate so no wonder not many there as you can see the other restaurants at the left/right have many local people, they will prefer or choose Mamak/Malay/Indian Muslim restaurant
In cantonese, the claypot noodles are called lou shi fun...literally mean rat noodles hahaha
makes sense! haha
like your video👍👍
Thanks!
A great place to get lost !!
For sure!
please be careful of mosquitoes... it's their season now...
I love jogging here...near my house
good spot!
Try desa parkcity
Maybe not because of the roti.. but the gravy or broth already spoiled.. been there done that.. yeah it lolipop (other words for sucks)
agree, roti usually can hold long time.. maybe the dhal/curry spoil
The restaurant serve non-halal food, so, Malay/Muslim are not going to eat at this restaurant.
Jalan Melayu means Malay Street.
Second!
Tugu negara,Putrajaya,
Are you not interested in walking in the forest? if you like walking in the forest, come to the national park, kuala tahan Pahang.
😁😊😁
That place is a little run down. Probably due to Covid. 2 years skated by ghosts.. 😅
jalan = road
Yeah I know you can OD on Roti canai.. done it a few times myself.. end up taking a week off.. and then after a period of abstinence.... I return..
.. like a moth to a flame!!
⁽⁽ଘ( ˊᵕˋ )ଓ⁾⁾
😂😂
chinese restaurant not so many people coz that food non halal for muslim.. n chinese people come eat dinner evening , that time many2 chinese race come 🫶🏻..
bila la dua org ni nak pergi negara lain...
maybe her stomach can't handle the spice.. just eat food thats dont have spice
its not pegion , its zebra dove 😄
Thanks! Will keep that in mind 🙏
i bet u guys will be miss the spicy taste when leaving asia😆😆😅
Of course!
Uma rani restaurAnt @ jalan ipoh 🎉
