These girls actually sound a lot like Poppy. Who is an American who was influenced by Babymetal.

This is Sally's project. She is the one with the vee. She was also a founding member of Lipstick. Mayu of Nemophila was in Lipstick just before Nemophila was formed. Mellows debut album called Alloy sold out so fast you had to be quick to get a physical copy. Ladybaby is the closest I can think of something similar.
