I love the taste of Barbacoa. Its meat is soft and a little gelatinous. We make ours from beef cheek meat and lips. I've heard people call this Tacos de Cabeza, but to me - being from Texas - it's Barbacoa! Whatever you call it, it tastes great. #cooking #lifestyle #vivefreebus #tacos #barbacoa
