There were phases in 2nd half where it felt like, both teams could have been sliced open by Liverpool. Tots were seating deep and not trying to press our defence. they did maintain their shape... but actually they didn't challenge our back 4. The mistake Zouma did in last min, if it was Alex-Arnold/Firmino/Mane/Fabinho..... it was an obvious goal.
One good thing about Chelsea, we don't just play square passing possession, if required we can do fast counter attack also. But that has to be orchestretated by Timo only.

Lampard is the entire workforce doing a wonderful job so far but there are some details I beg you coach makes the replacement a little earlier in the match and especially the big fault is that you have put competition in each post but at the point of the attack Abraham and alone (when pulisic and injured by what you use timo as much as the left winger) and for that he relaxes in the match and he is not so sharp or aggressive to attack the ball as the last match against totenham, it is because from my point of view the opportunities he had giroud will be able to put one and even in the giroud area and more present.

Ziyech is the kind of player he needs to touch more balls from teamates always passing him give him balls in his feet and run as much as he touches balls as much as the playing go well and see real creation of spaces and effective passes but like that no . Lampard needs to create a playing style on him and that he touches always more balls to be effective and the kind of james is killing ziyech in the wing they aren't appropriate and do not play with him low passes never expect something if you didn t give ziyech freedom in the pitch to move wherever the ball is in order he touches the most balls overall from teammates give him ball in his feet and run he ll find you . With no touching balls ziyech is out just let him go in the mercato to another club playing UCL to be leader of playmaking he s a leader playmaker not a winger.
I think maybe this game required to be played a certain way. Previous games we did see Ziyech doing all that your saying.. Getting more touches.. Running with the balls and all. Knowing jm he would target players to steal and counter.

But right now I believe we can't afford to loose a ball and get hit on a counter maybe that's why a little safe there. Btw.. Ziyech has got to run with the ball, I've been watching this season. He will eventually play like that but it will take time. If the team starts adjusting for one player from day one we won't be cohesive .. This way slowly but surely we'll get there. And in no way do I mean to say Ziyech looses balls.. Guys a magician after all...Us against Messi in those years got him under pressure and took it back or stopped their flow by going hard on him.

@@enochm114 i never impressed with tammy, at least if pulisic werner kai and ziyech play from start we can get 2-0 in first half after that u can use tammy for a fresh player at minutes 75-80, for kova i know sometimes he play as a good midfild but to many wrong pass, delayed momentum, better u put jorginho, kante and playmaker mount, or kante as a def mildfild, mount box to box and kai as a playmaker. 95% it would be nice and sistem of frank will be work.
