If Stallings has Olivia, it was only in the past 24 hours of the screenplay. He's a criminal,a sadist, and dirtywork apparatchik but he doesn't waste time and likes things frictionless. The whole scene at Theresa's was a waste of time, ugly and loud. Not that he wouldn't enjoy grinding up the hand of a single mother of two, but if he had Olivia he would have already known Cliff was dead. BTW, Cliff was not spanked by some fumbling 100lb waif who happened to find a gun laying around. He took it right between the eyes, Wick style. Can't speak to the Twist. It'll be the flavor of the week, just about anything could work. We do know it's global and there are cells of players involved I will say in a decent bit of misdirection, while we were trying to get a glimpse of the face of the woman in the black dress at Ruby's, the director had her carrying what looked like some unfamiliar ring/object in her left hand, almost out of frame. Anything from alien device to keys to a hidden room off the bath. BTW2, I'm 10 yrs younger than James Cromwell. Watched him his whole career. If Jonathan isn't the ultimate stinkin' rat on about 5 levels/subplots and helping somebody take over the planet, I'd be aghast.

That's possible, I haven't seen enough evidence for anything like that, but they are hinting at plenty of plots!

Maybe not to that level of intelligence, but essentially some drug or technical enhancement. I (Chris) think their memory has been alerted or some implementation.
