Of course the terminal is not fully ready! That’s what you have soft openings for, if you’re aquatinted with this term that is. The official opening is on the 9th of February. Am quite definite that after the 9th the airport would be fully ready. As a passenger you have the right to criticize Etihad, in fact am sure that etihad is happy to listen to their customers and enhance their customers experiences. However, your comments about the AbuDhabi new terminal are funny in a sad ironic way. I never was happy or satisfied flying to and from heathrow. Never made a video about it. Boarding and on floor staff in heathrow almost never gave me a good experience.

Thank You for the feedback, we contacted etihad with no response, we think the time the terminal has taken to build it would be better than it was. We also agree Heathrow is not great, but it is not new.

5:32 It's not cheek, it can be policy. They have every right to change your seat for operational and safety reasons if they so wish. It should've said that during seat selection.

We would say the cheek, was more the way it was done. If they had been honest and stated “We need to change the seat”, we would have understood, both of us have previously worked for airlines so understand the operational need.
