It really sucks that once you've had depression and anxiety before, that it's so easy to fall back in the hole you worked so hard to crawl out of. I had a horrible thing happen and I fell deeper in the hole than I've ever been. It took a while to come back and I needed lots of help. Definitely felt like a zombie devoid of any happiness or joy. It sucks

Idk I've always had these days in my life where it just seems everything goes wrong and it drags you down into this hole.

Absolutely amazing feels like ur singing about my life so many or your songs is my life to a t. I just wish it was easier to get out of a small town when you have no-one but yourself! my family would rather do everything they can to try to make sure I fail instead of being there to help me succeed. I take 3 steps forward MY FAMILY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO DO ANYTHING TO KNOCK ME 5-10 STEPS BACK.. So giving up is very easy when its been only me as long as I can remember. I always had my own back I'm my own best friend at the end of every day. Years ago I finally moved and I was great living my best life great job met people who became family to me and unfortunately I moved back here to this hell 7 years ago and everyday since I've regretted it and want nothing more than to be able to leave again. I promised myself if I get the chance to leave again I WILL NEVER LOOK BACK OR COME BACK. I want to enjoy life again but my past haunts me people judge me and no one is real ; now since the virus and the rise in prices for everything just helps keeping me down.. I listen to ur music daily and it helps me more than I could ever explain... my youngest is 8 years old shes my everything I want to give the happy life I never had, be the mom I never had to give her choices and options to help her succeed, so much of this world I want her to see and know the good out there.

Too familiar a feeling and I don't like it yet I can not stop listening to this song.
Because I understand it.
When there is only darkness and you feel like taking your own life the only thing to look for is a light worth living and dying for when motivation fails discipline will succeed.
When pain is too much you keep going.
When you can't rely on anyone one should keep moving despite it all.
Some people are just not strong enough to carry certain burdens that is why some commit suicide.
Those that can carry that burden keep moving even if no-one stands by their side.
Fight for the day that things are better.
Instead of fleeing to death.
We are responsible for ourselves and what happens to us.
If we want to change ourselves we must make sacrifices.
If we are not willing to change that is okay to but it means one should accept the consequences wholeheartedly.
We have only ourselves to blame when we don't want to adapt to the situations presented to us.
I know typing this might make me disliked by some.
But I don't care.
The facts as I understand them:
I am an outcast;
I don't belong;
I don't need saving or anyone's opinion;
I will never be perfect because that type of being doesn't exist in this world we are inherently flawed after all;
And I don't need to be liked.
All that matters is that I succeed in my goal even if no-one stands on my side.

I know it's a bit weird to do this on CZcams but I hope I'll find someone here who understands and can help.
So, since my last girlfriend - two years now - I have struggled with my whole life and thought about giving up everything every day. It got better lately and I feel happier. Now there is that girl in another class in my school. She is pritty and I can't get her out of my head. But beside the fact that I'm very shy and overthink much, I'm afraid to ask her out because I dont wanna fall for someone again and be alone in the end. Second is that I feel happier on my own and feel alive again after a long time and I don't know if I'm even ready for a (new) relationship. Also i don't think I'd be a good partner. Another problem is that we both will graduate this year and I might (probably will) never see her again.
Maybe someone has some advice for me. Thank you in advance.

First , i wish you are being good . Second , if you think this girl is really your love , go after her , because love is incredible . Try to forget the past even though it's difficult. Now , saying a litlle of myself , i am living the worst step of my life , i have lost my love four months ago because of me , i am blaming me so much and i really don't know what to do in my live . Also , i am lost in my professional life , i don't know what profession follow . This is all killing me .
