Hard to hear anything with a background music. And cant see the screen either.
The background music over bears the conversation and light washed out the screen. Otherwise as an insurance adjuster will insurance carriers

I don’t know, I’ve seen a couple roof hawk inspection reports that looked pretty suspect, and doubtful that they would’ve held up
