    I've used this Morning Stretch routine over and over for the past couple of years, I love it (especially the gentle music in the background - it's just right for first thing in the morning), also it's the perfect length and not too intense, so just wanted to say Thank You!

    I used to do Joannie Greggins' Morning Stretch routine with my mom (so long ago), and I missed that half hour routine we did everyday before work and school.

    Awesome video. Please be careful practicing tapotement over the kidneys however, they are very easy to damage this way. (Speaking as a concerned certified massage therapist is all) Thanks for posting, I'll be adding this routine to my week for sure.

    I watched this and did it yesterday and today. I dont really train much but do trampolining quite a lot but its always rainy were i live but i ran 5k for the first time today i dont think i couldnt hav done it as sleepy as i was b4 doing this!! Thank u! 👏👍

    I dont work out or do yoga, but I slept in WAY to long today, an I woke up feeling like crap, this did help me feel a lot better an wake up more.

    This worked excellently for me! I have had 4 hours of sleep. And I woke up and needed an extra puck me up , my shake and morning routine wasn't working but this really woke me up! Super easy as I am a beginner and never stretch and am on the heavier size. Gunna try this every morning pre workout or pre-day.

    I really like your videos but it's so hard to hear you and follow along I have to keep looking at the screen and it feels like I've cheated my body of a work out if I have to keep focusing on the screen. I'm in no position to tell you how to shoot your videos, I just really love them if you could just lover the back ground music and raise the vocal volume, that would be awsome. That's not saying your videos are not already kick ass. Thanks for all your videos I am so much happier with my fitness level and it keeps increasing.
