I cannot find it, but some of this footage is identical to that in some civilian News and other Programming shown in the states.
The Images of the Freed Vietnamese POWs are in an episode of The Big Picture, and I would bet that the missing sound is identical to that used in The Big Picture (I cannot locate which episode, though). And there is other footage that appeared on some Network News broadcast (finding them again has been daunting, given CZcams doesn’t make it easy without an exact title).
