I have a G2 PT111 In I got these bullets today I test it out on my Regular clip and it jam twice 🤦🏾♂️ but it didn’t jam when I put it in my pro mag in it shot 32 rounds
I just used this today for the first time in my S&W SD9VE. On the 3rd shot, the gun exploded. The extractor, ejector, sear housing pin, and loading side of the barrel were blown apart. The bullet left the barrel but the cartridge blew out the back also. The back of the case ruptured the grip portion of the gun and lodged in the grip. My trigger finger was injured from the hot gases and shock/energy of the explosion but was not blown off.....I have a long blood blister and a bruise along the outside on my trigger finger. The gun is trashed. Most of the internals are slightly bent or deformed, so it's totalled as far as I'm concerned. I split an order of 1000 tulammo 9mm with a friend (500/500) so I still have 497 left over that I won't be using.

I live in Florida I use to buy my ammunition there but due to incidents that happened a while back they banned Walmart from selling hand guns up rifles and their ammunition

Did you have any issues cleaning the zinc residue from your barrel? I've shot the older version, and, as you say, they are reliable, accurate and cheap. I'm running a CZ75B which, being Eastern, this cartridge is completely compatible with.
I fired only 50 rhs and i didnt trust the zinc jacket i prefer the copper wash like wolf miltary that works really well i used a piece of copper pot scrub pad wrapped around a work barrel brush and remove and residue if any from the zinc jacket/bimetal.
@@jawneelogik5744 if it is plentyful use it now if you have wolf in your favorite ammo shop try a variety to see whether IT fouls your barrel and stick to the better of these steel cased ammo.
One extra tip if you polish your barrel with mothers metal polish it helps keep the fouling down i use it to polish stainless steel revolver cylinder faces.

here it is in 2020 ad they went back to the copper coating, if its bi metal it must not be magnetic cause the box i have didnt stick to the magnet, got it to shoot out of my g2c and looks like ill be getting alot more
after i used up all these rounds i bought a case of wolf 115gn with the copper wash which is still a bi-metal i believe the copper wash is a cosmetic purpose nothing else but still reliable and cheap.
@@Ford360CID i thank ya for the rely brother. to be fair i must add that i did see another video where this round did indeed stick to a magnet, mymagnet was a magnetized philips head screw driver if that makes a difference. someindoor ranges dont allow sch a round claiming it does too much damage to back stops because of the supposed hard metal in the bullet, but what some see as a detriment i see as an asset. one might have the need for the extra penetration at times.

I found a zinc bullet in with my copper washed. I have had great luck with tulammo. Recently bought a tin of wolf. It's good, but dirty. I think next time I will get the tulammo again.
i had no failures of any kind with tulammo, i think one of the zinc rounds got past the copper washing process, but yes tulammo is ok if there is nothing else.
I am far from an ammo or gun expert. My background is in photo equipment. Far as Russian products, our products came from several different factories. Far as dirty, the Russians do not seem to do normal quality control and consistency.

I have shot no less than 20,000 rounds of that with very expensive competition 9 mms these guns range from two thousand dollars to forty five hundred dollars ninety percent of the ammo that I shoot is regular Tula. I've been a competitive shooter for 25 years. All ammo is corrosive. This ammo is not any different. It shoots great. It does absolutely nothing to your gun.
This is not a zink coated bullet. It is a solid bullet that is very magnetic. I want to find out more about it before using. To just THINK someone wouldn't make a bullet that will damage a barrel is very reckless.

brother if you dont mind, id like ta ask ya something that ive asked to some others but no one can give me a straight answer. another load i like to shoot is the winchester whitebox labeled NATO. it is a 124 gr fmj, and to me the fact it's marked NATO leads me to think it's military surplus, the same stuff our military uses. what are your thoughts on this?
the old nato white box was marked m882 ball and it's velocity is about 1250fps it's been discontinued for new miltary loads, rumers have it it was cracking the slides of the berretta m-9s but that was pistol problems from the git go, for the modern hand guns of today i see no issue using it.

yes uts a gret ammo, good price, functional, but the question is is the bullet magnetic? if so most in door firing ranges will not allow you to use it

Non-tox ammo isn't corrosive. Corrosivity is mostly due to the primer chemical. Some ammo of the past was really awful in that aspect
