வாழ்க்கையில் சாதிக்க விரும்பும் அனைவரும் எந்த சூழ்நிலையாய் இருந்தாலும் துணிச்சலும் விடாமுயற்சியும் இருந்தால் நிச்சயம் சாதிக்கலாம் என்பதற்கு சிறந்த உதாரணம் ராஜா அவர்களின் கதை.
இராமநாதபுரத்தில் ஒரு சிறிய கிராமத்தில் பிறந்து வளர்ந்த K R ராஜா, சிறு வயதிலேயே கல்வி கற்க மிகவும் சிரமப்பட்டார். மிகவும் சிரமப்பட்டு வெவ்வேறு சிறு தொழில்களை மேற்கொள்ள ஆரம்பித்தார். வறுமையின் காரணத்தால் 25 ரூபாயுடன் கோவைக்கு வந்தார். இருக்க இடமில்லாததால் நடைபாதையில் உறங்கினார். மாதம் 45 ரூபாய் சம்பளத்துக்கு ஒரு ஓட்டலில் சப்ளையராக சேர்ந்தார்.
இக்காணொளியில் ராஜா தான் எவ்வாறு இத்தகைய நிலைக்கு உயர்ந்தார் என்றும் அனைவரும் தங்கள் மேல் நம்பிக்கை வைத்து விடாமுயற்சியுடன் போராடினால் எவ்வாறு சாதிக்கலாம் என்றும் எழுச்சிமிகு கூறுகிறார்.
கதை சொல்லுதலிள்ள ஆற்றலால் விளையாட்டு, நகைச்சுவை, மற்றும் கலை போன்ற பல்வேறு துறைகளிலிருந்தும் வெற்றியாளர்கள் தங்கள் வாழ்க்கை அனுபவங்களை பகிர்ந்துக்கொள்ளும் ஒரு தளமாக ஜோஷ் டாக்ஸ் உள்ளது. ஒரு எளிய மாநாடாக தொடங்கப்பட்ட இது தற்போது இந்தியாவின் 20 நகரங்களில் பயணம்செய்து, 300கும் மேற்பட்ட கதைகளால் 15 மில்லியனுக்கும் அதிகமான இளைஞர்களின் வாழ்வை தொட்ட இயக்கமாக இருந்து வருகிறது. ஜோஷ் டாக்ஸ், ஆற்றல் பயன்படுத்தப்படாத திறமை வாய்ந்த இளைஞருக்கு சாதனைக் கதைகள் மூலம் வாழ்வின் சரியான திசையைக் காண்பிக்கிறது.

K R Raja was born and brought up in a remote village in Ramanathapuram district. At the age of 16, He left home with 25 rupees in his pocket and came to Coimbatore with two of his friends. He joined his first job as a supplier in a hotel for a monthly salary of 45 rupees. He struggled hard way out to start a small eatery in 1987 which was the foundation for his growth as a businessman in Coimbatore.
Now he owns Sri Raja Biriyani Hotels and Lodges in Coimbatore. When he initially came to the city, he slept on a pavement which place he’s owning now. At his early ages, He also worked as Agricultural Labourer for daily wages. Today he gives jobs to many people. He shares his business journey and his inspirational success story from rags to riches.
