I love how yall showed everyone gameplay in this trailer to go ahead and hush the people that are gonna say, "I bet it runs like crap on the switch." It looks great!
The toned down particle affects and destroyed objects disappearing on screen is definitely noticeable, but it really doesn't look bad at all! Great work getting it to run on the Switch's hardware! If I hadn't already bought and played the game on PS4/PS5, I would have picked this version up!
I imagine it looks better in handheld mode, on the smaller screen, where you notice less of the small details, anyway!
I can confirm. Looking this video from my phone: aside from some visual glitches, it looks really good on a small screen. Looks like a really nice port!

jokes aside, every oddworld game is a masterpiece, and im glad i get to finally play the latest one

Nice so finally on Switch
from a technical point of view , its seems pretty hard to make this run on the swicth without making it look like a ps1 era silent hill game (almost a miracle), my well deserved congratulations for all the menbers on the team, great job. (sorry for my bad english)

I'm really glad you showed one of the "tower defense" sections with the climbing Mudokons, I was worried that the sheer number of moving objects would make the Switch overheat into a puddle of goo.

Huzzah! This is great! 8D I can't wait to get it. I already have it on the PC, but I'm working on it so much that I don't get a lot of time to play. I do get a moderate amount of downtime when I can pick up the Switch, though. So, this is really the best outcome for me. ^_^

I played through most of the switch version and there are pretty much no major flaws when compared to other games ported to it, most of them were few and didn’t make the game unfair or bad. The only three I noticed that were kinda bad was in Necrum the flame for the flame thrower not showing, the game lagging once inside of the spiral bridge deep in Necrum, and a Slig in Feeco depot spawning on the lowest floor of a section that was below his spawner, but none of these ruined my experience.
I notice the latest Lorne lanning podcast has been removed/hidden?? I didn't finish it 🤔😭

Greetings to the oddworld inhabitants team, I hope you take this message positively as I would like to give my point of view on the remake saga. I've been playing the oddworld saga since I was about 10 years old and I'm currently 22, I finished oddworld abes oddysee and exodus about 15 times each since I've also played on pc emulators, I'm a big fan of the saga and seeing I decided to buy the remakes and I'm very happy with the Odyssey remake, it's exactly like the first one, but with all due respect the second one from soulstorm, I understand the idea that the team had but the truth is that it has nothing to do with exodus, but I give my Congratulations for not forgetting this wonderful universe that makes many of us nostalgic, I think that many of us would be willing to buy a delivery of the true oddworld abe exodus and I hope that at least you have it as an idea since it is a very classic title that is also I appreciate you very much, greetings to all
