No-Knead Brioche Buns 🍞🍞

- Homemade brioche buns are so easy and so good. This no-knead dough seriously comes together in 10 minutes (or less!), and the buns can be ready to shape in 2-3 hours. You also can let the dough rise overnight in the fridge, which is what I typically like to do.

Turned out great. Made my burgers extra good. Just follow her recipe and they will turn out amazing. Her peasant bread was good too.

I have a question about dough. Neither my mother or I eat much at a time. Even if I half a recipe it might be too much. Is it possible to freeze dough and unthaw to bake? I love your videos you make bread baking look so simple because you show out step by step how to make these really delicious looking breads and I'm eager to try them!
You could freeze the buns, and take them out as needed (That's what I do)
Can I stuff these buns to make a dessert bun of some sort? Like custard or red bean paste

percentage of butter is too low,brioche needs 20% at least
I like the way you teach! But this is more like your peasant bread but in a smaller roll. Tastes nothing like real brioche.
