Yall could have been sour but ya stayed classy .what kind of ground pressure is being put down on the wheels by that rotator? I was impressed with how little it and the twinsteer sank in dirt/sand.

I'm trying new braided synthetic winch lines on my 85 GMC 1 ton wrecker.. I have to say I've only used em a few times but so far I'm pretty impressed..I was skeptical they'd hold up to the environment I'm in (off road remote recoveries) but so far I likey
Using synthetic is simply a different mindset, With cable the same stuff that ruins synthetic will negatively effect the cable, but to a lesser extent. You can bounce cable off trees and run it through rocks, and up against sharp edges and it will be reduced load limits but it will likely power through anyway, synthetic doesn't have the same forgiving attitude, it will break real easily if misused. So it takes a different mindset where "good enough" doesn't apply, you must offset rigging with chain or add in protection if it's going to touch something sharp, That is all you need to know with it.

Is this the first job you've really used the Bailey's slings on? How do they compare to RimSlings? I'm thinking about trying some of them, as it seems we're always having issues with the braided guard in the middle bunching up and moving up and down the sling. Nice recovery! 👍🏻
Thank you, we’ve been using RimSlings for years, I’ve had the same problem your speaking of, I’ve also had them fail, also can be difficult fishing them through certain rims. Baileys are real easy to use, so was the guard that comes with them, we are going to start rotating out all of our old equipment with Baileys equipment. This recovery is the first, we’ve done more recoveries since we filmed this one. We’re all real impressed with the quality
@@wreckerrick Great to hear! We have a new 65ton rotator coming and I'd like to start purchasing equipment for it now before end of year. The only other one I've seen that really uses Bailey's is Pepe's Towing. It looks like great quality, but I always like to hear it from others in the industry first! I'm definitely intrigued by their equalizing slings like you guys rigged on the nose of the tractor for the upright.

lol Hey I will say I like that he can joke around and be sarcastic, But I really like When he flips the switch and is straight forward down to Business attitude and professional takes safety into consideration when your working in sketchy situations, I always Said when training people on Semi trailers when you repair this unit know that it’s hauling 40K ++ and it’s going down the highway beside your family and mine so fix it right if your lazy cuttin corner job fails and it comes apart and takes out a Van carrying a family That don’t fly with me .

How come your skidsteer operator's don't use the lights inside the trailer they're standard equipment not optional
I can't believe the company repairing your remote doesn't have a loaner program while yours is out of commission. Wouldn't cost them anything and they'd earn some major goodwill from their customers by offering that service.
