1.2 kg Dry mushroom pellet bagged into 10*16 pp cover with 1.8 L water with a pH of 8. Then tie the pp cover with plastic rope and then steam sterilized in a autoclave for 45 minutes, allow to slow cool for 12 hours for complete sterilization.
