This is a kit I'm torn over. On one hand, it's reasonably priced and does work. On the other, it's rather annoying to install and I didn't get as good of performance out of it as I had hoped because of things like the short barrel. I feel if you want a pretty decent mag-fed Kronos this is a great option on a budget, but if you're willing to make one by hand or have a 3D Printer you may be able to get more out of it. I'm not saying it's bad, but I'm not saying it's great either; and it could definitely benefit from simple things like a physical cutting guide to help make the install easier.

To reiterate the video once more: I honestly don't think this kit is bad, but it entirely depends on what you plan on doing. You want a 200 FPS Kronomag? This kit isn't going to work without modification. You want a 120-150 FPS Kronomag? This kit is perfect and while still kind of a pain to install it's not impossible and you'd have to cut out the bottom for the other kits anyways... but at least with other kits they are designed to fit in that space as opposed to... removing stuff to make this fit.

Most generic Caliburn builds hit 200 FPS. Maxed out caliburns can hit much harder.

Someone tell worker "Its not a Retaliator" and has to be treated differently. A cutting guide would also be good, that bottom if that blaster I have.messed up cutting those a couple times already.
This isn't a Worker kit, it's just a kit that uses Worker parts.

Idea: drill out the barrel so you can replace it woth some longer brass, make the barrel as long as you need. I used a 3d printed kit from thingverse a d it worked great with a little less than a foot of brass.
I feel like their pusher was on point and their barrel mount is awesome but yeah that barrel length is just garbage.

I like this a lot ! As a matter of fact I almost bought it the other day. I really hope that they take your advice on making a cut out template to make it easier for customers who want to do this mod . For now I think I’m gonna wait on purchasing this kit .

This kit preforms a little better than the spamf but is way cheaper and is somewhat easy to install
Actually it can happen hit much harder because the Kronos can use longshot upgrade springs

Of course, but speaking as somebody who has absolute garbage luck with springers, installing pre-made pieces is a little bit better than making it yourself... unless you want good power, which makes this one useless because of the short barrel. Plus it still comes with the magazine, which if you don't have one yet you'd have to buy anyways.
I've done a lot of magfed kronos by using this kit and selfmade brassed ones... there is no difference in performance when you use same length barrels!! But when i use this kit, i turn the talon Talon adapter around because in my chestrig all my Talons are normally loaded in right direction.
its a cool concept, taken out wrong, they should have worked on it more, include templates and a better way of doing things, for example, an actual mag release system, ect

I recommend the dremel small diamond cutting wheel as its smaller and give you more control but its a bit on pricey at about 17$

Well, first, it is only on Walcom's channel. Second, it is a Titan rocket. Third, click on join up there where it says to subscribe. You get access to special posts, and you get icons custom made by Walcom that appear next to your name. You start with an Elite dart, go to a Mega dart, then a Demolisher missle, then at the 6 month mark you get the Titan rocket like I have. There are some others that follow.

Unfortunately the fact that the mags need to be backwards renders it useless for me as the magazines won't fit on my primary retalicon. But to plink around it is still a really awesome mod.

Make sure you back down the magazine a bit instead of pushing it all the way up like I did.
I feel like the SPAMF is going to be really big. Gavin should work with Worker to get them mass manufactured. Screw hammershots, the new saying will be, "just get a spamf"

does anyone remove the lock? it jams my gun 100% of the time if i use the unjamming thing at the back to remove a jammed round, then i have to take it apart to fix the problem

So it's for someone like me that kinda knows what they are doing but doesn't have access to a 3d printer and might want somewhere to start. That being said I still think the mag fed falconfire kit Is strictly a better option.
It's better to a point. Definitely easier to install and has some interesting utilities (the SPAMF kit is amazing), but it's going to cap out. Too much spring and it's almost impossible prime.
@@WalcomS7 that a fair point, but at what point should you just be looking at a calibur, and In my eyes I would be looking at this for hvz where the falconfire is more than capable or as a backup to my longshot for mag compatibility but that has issues because of the mags fitting backwards plus I don't really need more fps than the falconfire can get because I already have a 250fps longshot in my hands. Honestly the backwards mag thing is my biggest issue because it removes any mag compatibility as a secondary.
If the barrel isn't long enough, couldn't you just graph a pvc pipe of same diameter onto it. Then make a "cuff" that fits over the both to support the graph.
Plus if you *MEASURED* the mag well you could've marked out the shell and cut it instead of being finicky with it
The magwell is in the proper place, the goof I did is a really simple one: I didn't account for where the dart seats in the magazine and instead used where the pusher hits the bottom of the magwell. A small oversight anyone would have done, no reason to be snarky.
How long is a half dart? Is it half the foam length or half the whole dart length?
So if I modified the breach system into a brass breach would that make it better?

totophi neither, worker stefans with scar barrels you can hit a thin metal pole from about 50 feet away and rival when modified at a certain range they are very inaccurate while darts can easily hit something

It's Worker Talons, they don't use a mag release. They just have a slip catch.

He's increasing the power on the ball, and at the increased speed and ranges, the hop up causes the ball to fly off course

Loaded Rico : Probably not. If a magazine fits that tightly around half-length darts, logic should dictate...
This one in particular, no. Yours could, you'd need a regular magwell, insteadof a HDart Magwell
