It is not. The patient is confused due to subdural hematoma and because of mental health disorder.

Hello Niezl, may i ask can we use the information that we did not mention in assessment as verbally but we can see it on assessment paper? for example, if i forget to ask about activity of daily living to the patient but i can see it"s a clear problem. Can i still include it to my planning paper?
Hi there. The question is slightly unclear to me. What ADL's that can be a clear problem are you referring to?
Anyways, what I can advise is to rectify yourself if you think that you have not mentioned the ADL's earlier (but this is within the 20 minutes in the Assessment station.)
When it comes to planning, read the Planning Scenario for any problems and if there's none, you can go back to your Assessment Scenario / the patient verbalization or acknowledging any problem eg. pain, sob (something like that).

This channel don't produce copies as according to the latest research, candidates often fail because they don't read their scenarios anymore and just starts answering the planning station by copying the answers.
This channels helps nurses to pass their OSCE exam in a way that they really learn how to answer the exam not because they can copy and paste the answers.
Videos are made to guide and help nurses to understand what OSCE is about.
It is the candidates responsibility to create their own answers in accordance to their own research.
