Already an Upside member. Joined a while back with another channel . Currently have $58.08 in my account. I have cashed out $50 already ! I see your Dad's yard has a train running near by . Too bad he could have a rail spur so you could have a few gondolas that you could fill with scrap! They will haul many more tons than a dumpster rolloff !
Silas you and my late wife are snowball lovers. I know that she's looking down and loving the fact that there's other snowball people enjoying her favorite sweet treats.
@41:00 there is a white '65 Ford sedan, looks like a Custom. Those frames are in demand, really rot prone. If you have good ones there should be a decent market for them. They interchange from '65 to '68.
,,,hello Silas,,..land o' lakes,wi,,,here,,......you guys got more snow than us here in the snowbelt!!,,,best winter for us metal recyclers,...pat&family.
11:27 keeping some sandbags in your vehicle helps in these situations. Just throw a handful of sand in front of each tire, get it under the tires as much as possible. Other things help too, such as cat litter, pea gravel, salt. You could also install automatic chains, but they are expensive.
In Tn you don't have to tag the trailer, and enclosed trailer. You can have a lawn trailer, and it doesn't have to have a trailer. I enjoyed watching your channel.
My neighbor had a roadmaster. I got really good gas mileage and it was like writing down the road in a lounging chair. Very comfortable. You don't see too many of though, if I was you, I'd hang on to that.
Yah people around ontario want stuff that u have. We cant justify the around on the boarder crossing stuff lol unless its something we really want. I would love to come down and help u out and play in the yard. Id be a kid in a candy store!!!
71 LTD what I thought that one was. My great grand father had one, he kept it even after he couldn't drive no more. My dad ended up wt it. 80s wish I would of been old enough too drive it. The car was huge.
I like the part in water world where that guy in the boat in the depths of the tanker there on his job always been checking the amount of fuel floating around in it and they drop a lighted touch down there and he says thank god 😂
I destroyed my tailgate on my truck years ago and replaced it with a fifth wheel tailgate and have been really happy with its functionality. There's many options for a tailgate for your truck that don't include having to get a factory tailgate.
Moving Cars from one Yard to the other and getting some Trinkets and Lunch with Dad ! Steak Dinner at the Junkyard - Yum ! Swap Meets are always soooooo very Interesting ! Great Progress at Your Yard ! Nice Long Video - Pleasure ! Many Cheers from Australia !!!!

Lol 4x4 is so awesome. Studed tires in the winter my friend.
Here in Michigan the trailer plates are permanent. Just a one time purchase fee depending on the weight of the trailer.
@3:26 ...1963 Chevy headlight doors. 👍
Beat me to it😂
THE STEEL TONKA TOYS ARE VALUABLE
Loved the silent intro. Great editing.
Thanks Silas!
Stayin tuned! 👍🤠
The interior of your Sentra is in really good shape it looks like I think the worst part of the Sentra is that passenger door
Watching this video was an "adventure". Thanks for the chuckles.

Unfortunately for these trucks there isn’t.
Dodge Diplomat 77'-89' most were 4 doors.
Got an 88 gran fury, one owner, 61000 miles.
That cold start on the front-end loader was pretty nice.
Glad you got saved! Can't take the junk with you. Is your father saved? I am trying to get my father saved! He is a stubborn Lutheran. 😊
Gotta love the cold starts
Look in to trailer registrations in Maine much cheaper.

OUCH! I won't complain when I pay for my license tag. Your roads must be all in good shape. 😉
Hardly. We do have nice toll roads in KS but those are even more on top of taxes 😆
A chevy Chevette, oh what an antique, always enjoy your adventures
Thanks Silas!
Brilliant content as always silas 👍🏻
I did not think that the loader would have started in that temp.
It didn’t want to. It only took a few seconds on camera but I worked on it for 10 minutes to get it to start
Good batteries.
Good batteries.
would definitely watch you make camper trailers
I'm glad, I'm not the only person that saves bedrails... Very cheap angle iron, 99% for free!💪
I’ve use a ton of old bed rails over the years for various projects.
Junkyard steak and eggs! Assume!
Excellent silas 😊
Famous phrase 47:15 "i might need that for something" yes i have uttered those words too
I had to put my long johns on to watch this episode. Miserable weather
Dudes a hustler. Wish my family owed a scrap yard
Hopefully the station wagon you put on your trailer while the trailer was in the road isn't getting crushed
G.B.Y your good people.
Hello There My Good Big Bro Silas Of Adventures Made From Scratch
I’m guessing you asked the pick and pulls/ auto salvage yards if they had a used tailgate?
Still waiting for you to get all the cars in move lines and rows and the trucks in a area as well all lined up looken sharp and organized ! Let’s gooooooo. Lol 😂
I want that 1950's or 60's truck. OMG! It has rust, I cant buy that. Love watching your videos!
*** QUESTION*** How much damage occurs to the undercarriage of a car or truck lifting them by forks? Perhaps an episode on framed vehicles and unibody?
next to none usually, trucks usually have bent driveshafts after being picked up but thats usually it.
@@robbalinski1606 Thanks
Hang in there silas, spring is coming,Great video
Why save the old washers and dryers? May I suggest you clean up that pile and remove the steel, clean out the bulk, and free up the space?
Here in East Yorkshire we have also had longest wettest coldest winter ever and still more rain for next 7 days!
I love it when you crush them tho
WOAH Deja vu! I once traded in a black Lincoln just like 5:47 and I traded it in for a 2003 CHrysler LHS, same color.
Still waiting for that day an 80's Chevy Cavalier pops up for me to pounce on there
Nice job sir looks really good can't wait to see what you have planned!!

Do you find money in washer dryers.,I moved one out of my basement, and all kinds of change was one under the dryer,.
Looks like you got a lot of the snow we missed this year we’ve had over 3 feet this season by now we’ve usually had twice that not complaining lol

What type of tags are on your truck a car here in Illinois is 150 . Your truck must have commercial plates on it to cost that much
No, even our 2022 Hyundai family car costs $650 a year to tag. It’s wild
It so foxy I love seeing u work flex ur muscles
You need a Foestry Mulcher to clean the land to put more cars in . just rent it and hire somebody to use it works great i have used it on my land.
Always fun thanks 😊
I live a good snoball once in a while too
It would’ve been so much better if I could’ve heard you praying! Never be ashamed of your faith!
I consider that to be a private conversation or I would 😎
@@AdventuresMadeFromScratch awesome just glad you at least prayed

great video it away's fun watching you going though the stuff in the yard steak looked delicious
great video and yes to the snow balls
That Country 102.9 sign might be worth something to the right collector.
Silas, you sure make good videos.
You do what is best for your business. If someone is really interested they will figure out you're not out of line on what you're asking.
Next time with your steak put some lime juice and spices in the bag with it. Then it should be tender and juicy.
Keep them coming
I can't wait untill the day I have enough money to buy one of your farm trucks off of you
Great long video! Keep them coming! 🤓
