@@kleamat I know lets call it what it is though. Shallow. Not everyone is like that, but a lot are. Its wrong. People have been conditioned to think like that, hopefully as we evolve we move away from materialist and appearance based attitudes. I just found it funny that the most obviously spun out person in the whole video is getting the most attention while I haven't seen anyone mention the guy who got off the streets and turned his life around.

Reminds me of Betty Chinn from north california, another wonderful woman who helps the homeless and personally saved me and my ex when we were out there, beautiful people like this make my heart warm, there are still plenty of good people in the world.
Thank you for all you do! It takes tremendous bravery and an amazingly loving heart to do things like this. I had the opportunity to help prepare meals in the mornings for Betty while I knew her, so I certainly know how much effort and commitment this takes. I really can't express enough how much I appreciate people like you who go out of their way to help the less fortunate. I really hope nothing but the best for you and wish you nothing but happiness! Ive been trapped homeless in a hopeless vortex of hell since 2012!!! It's been a nightmare... .. . but I'm finally climbing out from the depths of fiery lake of molted lava that's been relentless and most unforgiving!!! I must never forget,and continue to stay clean and sober forever no matter what!!! And that's all that matters for me to fully concede to my inner most self that im an addict 🙏G😢d please help whoever is blind from the seeing any kind of light!!!

I became homeless twice in my early 20’s. In a city that I wasn’t raised in just lived there for a few months. Drugs (k2 synthetic Marijuana) was the cause of it. I met so many nice people and not all of them are druggies. They look out for each other. A lot of them became homeless because of really bad luck and unfortunate events. I’m truly blessed I was able to get help from my brother that was in the same city for work. I never want to go back….its really tough and depressing. Please be nice to these people and trust me when I say $1 goes a long way. Stay blessed and stay away from drugs

Its a bad sign that so many are falling through the cracks of our society. I hope it is a short cycle and people get back to what we consider a normal life. The duration of homelessness leads to a continued familiarity with the situation. Good luck everybody.

one thing that moves is how communal homeless people are like they really look out for each other. I believe change can happen, homeless people are at a farm level, farm duties only require 2 or 3 hours and the work is nourishment for the soul. Eating fresh organics and essentially watching something grow that you tended is fulfilling, so i don't know what this homelessness identity is, we all owe them because their carbon footprint is much less. My suggestion is small farms with kitchens, just simple low maintenance facilities, lots of busking musicians...concerts can be organized, when you see them sitting on the ground, they are grounded already one with Earth, farming can transform everything.
