A 1-on-1 battle with every Robot Master avaiable as of now. Fair and square, no weaknesses or sub-weapons - ...well, with the exception of that one guy, because I really can't fight this gigachad without getting mad every single time. lol
Mega Man is, ideally, the most balanced character of the cast. By enabling slide and charged shots, he has a fair amount of mobility and damage potential against every boss. I opted to include the Power Adaptor as the only sub-weapon, as thought it would be cool to have a optional trade between more damage, but less mobility.
Thanks to the MMLV Editor, I was able to create pretty accurate boss rooms while still trying to optimize the overall stage size. The drop of frames in there is actually a result of my PC not handling very well the video recorder alongside the game - I might need to adjust it some more for the future videos;

Blast Man's sprites are amazing. Bounce Man's are pretty good too. Even if he looks a bit shrunken down.

The creator was very kind in putting a time stopper to defeat quick man
MM7 and MM8 had some interesting boss fights, and I think the devs translated them to 8-bit really well.
Cool seeing non 8 bit robot masters in 8 bit and vice versa in a few other games

What's the point of having the full restore power up drop from each boss AND having the infinite respawning health+weapon energy? That seems unnecessarily redundant.

26:15 Err! This is not the true boss attacking like original does. In Megaman 8, Astroman use astro crush around the screen except the last position astroman appeared so player can avoid the damage at that position.
I've heard that they've changed it to make the fight more difficult.

I wonder if Grenade Man's crazy destroyer works on the weapon blocks just to simulate the part of the battle where he destroys the floor.
Unfortunately, not really.
There's a way you can make his Flash Bomb destroy parts of the floor that were especiffically hit by it; but then the screen camera must be set in a wonky way, in order for the characters to not simply die by falling into the pit. So a effect like this would look almost nothing like the original anyway.
I guess if I knew I was going to get full health after each boss, I would suck this much too.
