@@Mrbowling300.0 In fusion 360 I made a cylinder, then I made a hole, copied the hole in a radial pentagon pattern. Did the same thing for the 6 holes but in a hexagon radial pattern slightly above the 5 holes.
@@srnb-mr6jg I never really finished this one. I got the chopper and horn part done and then kinda quit after that. I may come back to it when I have more free time.
I kinda guessed on the dimensions started making parts and made them look proportional to the rest of it. Its not perfectly scaled down. However I did look up the manual and found some dimensions and used them to scale the rest of the model and thats about the point I stopped on the project. Good luck though, hopefully you will get farther than I did!
Sounds really nice!
The horn should open wider.
I know. I was limited by how small my 3d printer is. When I get a bigger printer ill make it bigger.
@@ExmarkDude are u sell one if u do can I get one
@@ExmarkDude then you can always design a second part, print it separately, and glue it to the original
@@srnb-mr6jg Edaan is though
Sounds great! Those growls sound so realistic
Sounds like the real thing!
Your 1000T sounds just like my synth tone! Awesome and I can’t wait to see the finished model!
Sounds like the real thing
1:37 the gear does that thing with the rattling
Good.
Fantastic.
Damn! It actually sounds like one!!!
@ExmarkDune Hey! I have one question. How did you 3d Print the chopper?
The first plastic ones were 3d printed but the metal one was machined out of round stock aluminum on a metal lathe and milling machine.
@@ExmarkDude Yeah, but I kinda want to know how you made the chopper holes with the chopper (ex. 1000t chopper where there is 11 holes in total)
@@Mrbowling300.0 In fusion 360 I made a cylinder, then I made a hole, copied the hole in a radial pentagon pattern. Did the same thing for the 6 holes but in a hexagon radial pattern slightly above the 5 holes.
But in the printing process, wouldn't it be impossible given by gravity?
@@ExmarkDude Also I did mine on Onshape. Does that work?
Omg it sounds like the real thunder bolt is it a 1000t or 10003
Its a 1000t.
@@ExmarkDude ok thanks

One question, what dimensions/measurements did you use? I'm trying to 3d print my own and I don't really know where to begin.

@@ExmarkDude Thanks man, Just need to ask some people so I can get some leads, although I did look in the manual.
@@ExmarkDude I wish you could continue on it, maybe learn a thing or two
@@ExmarkDude Ok, One more question, How did you make the medaling the same thing as the 3d printed version?
@@Mrbowling300.0 I made the metal parts using a lathe and milling machine that my uncle has in his metal shop.

WHAT its sounds like the real thing
Wow! 👍🏼🤯
I would think that was real if i heard it!
