Long story short, there was no way to import the file as it didn’t exist, and Blocklauncher was missing code. Plus, it was pirating MC. (I already own MC, don’t worry.) anyway, no luck finding a BE tornado mod until this. I may seek JE tornado mods since I have a beefy PC now, though! Thanks for the video!
There’s actually a way to make it happen naturally! Just use a non repeating command block and a daylight censor! And in the command block type in /summon mc:tornado and set the daylight sensor to night! And when it rains or a thunderstorm occurs, it will naturally spawn. Like the comment if this was helpful 👇

Hears the problem with having it spawn in naturally. Minecraft BE is a lot harder to code and get stuff do that. I’m not a coder myself but it definitely would be difficult especially for MCBE mod to pull off. In Java it’s easier to change the weather conditions and make your own weather types.

Im glad someone made an MCPE version of the Java weather/Tornado mod though the way the Tornado carves out the path needs a little bit of a rework.
