- Whether you have been with us since the beginning or within the past year; thank you for being part of the Heartfelt Crafting family!
It's been such an honor and privilege to be part of the crafting community for the past 26 years; bringing inspiration, designing, manufacturing, and creating products throughout the years that all of us have loved so dearly.
As with everything; there are seasons of life! Change is never easy.... but it's important to recognize when seasons change and to say no to great things, to make space in our lives for the next season.

I will really miss you all! I have been a faithful customer since i took my first class in Arlington, TX, in June 2004! I wish you well in your retirement!
It's sad hearing this, but most Importantly you have made many Happy and Joyous Hearts with yours Products and Crafting "Excellent "đ.
May God's Blessings Continue to Shower you in your Endeavors.
I Watched and Love you all for good amount of years and was always amazed with Emma's Shows !.
I also want to say God is an Awesome God with each and everyone đ.
I started late in getting some of your products, Trust me it was God Directing my every step.
I got so Much in a Short Space of time and am very Happy with every single one of the Items đđ.
You all will never ever be forgotten â€. You are a household Name in my house..

Emma you will surely be miss when the time comes from your Tutorials, but GOD will always carry you in whatever you need to Do!.

I found y'all at a scrapbook/card making event some years ago in Santa Clara, CA & fell in love with your stamps & dies. The last couple of years tho I haven't done very well keeping up with anything because my focus has been my dear hubby who was diagnosed with a cancer recurrence almost 20 yr after his 1st. & this time it quickly spread & so now we're dealing with stage 4, trying to fight this evil disease. I was so sad to hear about the end of another life-Heartfelt Creations. But I do understand, tho you will be missed terribly. Thank you for the joys you've brought to my life over the years. Blessings to you in future endeavors wherever life's path & journeys take you.

I am 82 now and met you many years ago. One of the highlights in my crafting journey. I am so sorry Mom has had such health issues. I loved watching you as your family has grown. Oh Wow.! Thank you for creating the beautiful stamps and dies over the years. They are all my absolute favorite things to use. Because of the detail and intricacies in them. My absolute favorite is the rose. But I love all of them. I had the pleasure of meeting Emma Lou in Duluth Ga a couple year's ago. Such a sweetheart.. I enjoy her videos and watching her create. I feel sad, as finding Heartfelt Creations was a huge step in my life....I will miss you all so much. However, my husband and I sold our bakery business and retired, and it was huge for us, our staff and customers. Things change, and you have to go where the Lord directs you too...May He bless you with health and joy as you go through this change and then in what is ahead. I 100% understand how you sometimes need to choose health and family over career. I just retired in 2022 for those reasons and it was the BEST decision. Wishing you a happy transition and THANK YOU for introducing me to a craft that I love and enjoy often. I remember the first time I walked by your beautiful booth at the Great Lakes Megameet and was BLOWN AWAY by the clever and amazingly beautiful art that you share. I retired from teaching in 2002.A Friend gave me a quilled present and I was hooked on paper art. I have used your creative products since then. I now make cards for church, retirement home and such. Sad news, but you have to do what's best for you. I've been able to attend so many small and large card making demo's that Emma had been in charge of and learned so much from you. And I enjoyed every minutes of each one. My husband took me many miles and waited while I attended the program and stood in line to purchase my many things. I've got a lot of stamps, dies, paper and have enjoyed making cards with each of them. Thanks to your Mom for her lovely designs.
