Wow. I love this co and although I understand the reason for this move and thank you for all the beautiful products and inspiration provided, I'm deeply saddened that my long-term relationship with this co. will sadly end. :( I greatly dislike digital stamping for several reasons. For me, the cons outweigh the pros. Printers and ink make a huge difference in the quality of the digital images. Not everyone has the means to buy a pc or nice printer Not to mention the cost of the ink which is super expensive. Those costs have to be figured into the cost of the download and paper.
There's also the issue of what happens if the PC dies or crashes. The PC must be backed up frequently! Depending on your policies we could likely lose all our purchased digital images It has been my experience (don’t ask me how!) that some digital companies with which you are registered may be willing to re-send or replace your lost images, but not all do, nor is it a requirement.
For me I also prefer a tangible item, something I can go back to for decades to come. I have been stamping for over 30 yrs and still use stamps I purchased when I first started. I stamp on multiple surfaces and will no longer be able to do so. I'm FOREVER thankful for my stamping and crafting journey with this co. But as I mentioned, It will sadly come to an end. :(

Thank you so much Emma Lou! First of all, completely understand, change is inherent to life. Wish you all the best to all of you, but just wanted to ask one question and it is about the molds. Will another company make them? Reason I ask is because my financial situation as a pensioner is a bit restricted and wanted to get more molds. Got two sets but wanted to get hold of more. I do not live in the US, that is why I ask, to organise my budget. How will this happen after April? Or maybe they will be completely discontinued? I will definitely support the digital scheme. If the molds are discontinued ok, I understand. You have the most exquisite designs in the craft world for all of us that love pink, elegance, shabby chic, romantic, pearls and laces! Thank you very much. Regardless of the format, Heartfelt is with me forever! 💖

Hi Emma Lou… well…. I just made my last shopping trip until the digital phase begins… there was next to nothing literally left for me to buy that I hadn’t already bought although…. I thought too long about how much flower shaping paper I actually needed and it sold out while thinking… so I got 2 of the 25 packs since it was still a savings… and… I saw you found more of the small Festive Poinsettia blooms so I had to get it especially since I just got the mold in last week’s sale. I have not done any form of digital buying / printing so it will be interesting… when you get to the Clematis I will for sure figure it out because out of a go-zillion collections you’ve had now, it’s maybe in my top 5 and I was able to get 2 paper pads but no flowers. Well… I am finally ready to actually play with all these beautiful things 😊

We will be releasing more details on those formats once we roll this out in April. All items that will not be available after March 31st are on sale. There are around 20-30 crafting basics that we will continue to carry and those are not on sale.

Will all of your past sets be available as digital products?
We will make past sets available... they won't all be rolled out at one time... and at this time it just depends on the popularity of a collection and demand for it in digital whether it will be available in that option.
Will the album tags die be released as digital? I desperately want this die set.
I'm very sad by this announcement. I do a lot of 12x12 scrapbooking and no printer will print 12" wide. Plus ink is so very expensive.
I'm fairly new to your products, been with you about a year or more, so it will be fun to see images from the vault though.
You mentioned that the monthly membership fee is what will keep the website going. What about those of us who are platinum members and we don't want to purchase the monthly membership and we have purchased the video classes. What will happen to that if you shut the website down?
