I'm Precious, an Emergency Medicine resident physician sharing my experiences through medicine and life. Through my channel I hope to show that life is meant to be lived and enjoyed throughout the journey, not only at the final destination. Along the way, I hope to provide advice to students and motivation to anyone pursing a career in the medical field.

I really love how you encourage self care and breaks because we have been glamorizing burnout and feeling like we are accomplishing much because we are sleep deprived.
Right! I hate how that lifestyle is glamorized. We all need rest. It makes us better.
I definitely became even more interested in Emergency Medicine after watching this

I think what helped me was starting habits of balancing and prioritizing in college and it carried throughout medical school and now in residency.
My boyfriend is also interested in emergency medicine for med school (also 🇳🇬)! This was super insightful as I am actually doing PhD while he goes to med school. Such a good role model!
