2. Killing procrastination.. Clear initial hurdle for anything.
a. 3 Point rule : Most important task of the day. By this u will clear all the important task first then see how to use the remaining time.
b. Challenge of consistency : Start with small step.
3. 80/20 Rule : Only 80% result came from 20% of effort but those 20% effort should be dedicated and focus efforts.
4. 90/10 rule : 10 percent is what happens and 90 percent is how you respond. It's important to keep things simple and take control of your stress. It's often the details and focusing on the little things that often up our stress levels
5. Not Being over organized :
6. 3 -3 -3 Framework : Make three list most important, important and less important
7. Internal progress > External progress : Competing with Yourself > Competing with Others : U don’t need validation from others, get accomplished from your via internal actions

When ever I am watching your videos other than stock markets feels like I am seeing myself.
I am a strong believer of GITA through my father.
As you said habits are strong to form and even more difficult to practice life long. Same with me i am overburdening myself and some times rude on myself which I shouldn’t.
I started enjoying life since past one year taking my kids and family out for long trips.
