Revisited !! Been away from quads for a year (funds) .... got yet another X5 to practice rusty low level skills on , waiting for my Bugs 3 to arrive !! Took me long enough. sir ..this has no alt hold ..but in many video i've watched..it seem can hold an altitude..
what was the angle of the camera? would be great to have a narrower FoV so propellers and feet are not showing. Anyway to mount a smaller camera like the Polaroid Cube+ or GoPro sessions?

Hi there R C Escape, just thought to ask, I have just received my Bugs 3 from GearBest and the transmitter live wire from the batteries was disconnected from the power board, are you familiar with this problem and can you or do you know where on the board the wire has come off, I am not sure where it has to be resoldered on, can you help, thanks

sir, I have a question, I can armed and de-armed the bugs , but after few second the propeller stopped automatically if I dont de-armed or do anything . is this ok ?

The MJX website said the ESCs are compatible with 2-3s lipo batteries. Would be great if there's a follow up video with a 3s test.

I just bought this drone , my first drone ever .
I had no idea how hard it is to control one .
If I just use the left stick to fly straight up , it always tips backwards , so I'm constantly applying slightly forward with the right stick.
Just a tiny bit of upward movement of the left stick and it rockets up , it will spin sideways and I forget where the front is , panic and then lose control . It happens so fast .
I have nothing to compare this drone to as it's my first one , no idea if it's an advanced drone for experienced fliers but my hand eye coordination is good and I'm struggling just to make it hover in one spot .
Just make sure you calibrate on a flat level surface :) And fly in a big open field :)
@@RCEscape I do that , I've had 3 flights now . I'm getting better each time . The first one was the worst .
How do you know where the front is all the time , especially when it's far away ?
When I lose sight of the front things go bad quickly . There is no open field around me , I live in a city .
I go to a park , it has tress , the trees and wind make it harder for sure .
Lots of vibration on that camera, cause?

Hey! thanks for the review. What does the trim buttons do ? I know this is a neewbie question :')
Thanks for watching!!! The trim buttons can correct the drift the quad has without any wind present. If indoors, the quadcopter does not hover in one spot but drifts to the left, right, forward or backward and the recalibration of the gyros do not work, then the trim buttons can correct the drift.

Hey, I am really looking for a gopro/action camera drone. I think this is a great one! My other channel, Fun Stuff 177, I did a review on a low key propel drone and i flew it for 6 months everyday. It was brushed :/ and the gears did wear down. Should I order this???

unfortunately, the phantom legs do not align with both screws but just with one screw.....it could work but not very secure.
RC Escape Bummer! So iyo which of the two is better overall..? X16 or Bugs3? I'm more of a photography kind of guy.
well the x16 can use the tall legs and I have done a video of it carrying a gimbal if that is what you want to accomplish. the bugs 3 could be fitted with the tall legs but legs need to be modded and it will carry a gimbal as well. if you choose the x16, go with the non height hold model due to the annoying bobbing the height hold model constantly does to level itself.

11:47 I believe for rebinding, you don't have to hold the red button. I think that combo is only needed if from the factory the turning on the power doesn't bind. Good review.

I have the x1 and I flew it a lot and it has a lot of issues.....
this one, I flew it now twice and so far the only issue is the battery connector :)
