COLIN BURMAN talks about his experience being homeless, and his hopes for the future. In consideration of the debate around homelessness in our community, it's important to hear the voices of the people actually experiencing LIFE OUTSIDE.
This is the forth video in a series of eighteen shot at the Royal Athletic Park (RAP) Parking Lot encampment in Victoria, BC. Thank you, Colin for sharing your story.
