@@scratcheds60062 agreed, I'm a male of the path and I hold my athame to the moon each month, I call to god and goddess the same as any woman of the craft, why can't male and female be joined as children of our patrons under the same moon giving the light and blessing?
We're women before we're men in the womb. Women are the vats of creation in this physical realm. No one wise believes men and women aren't equal but we're just coming out of a long, long age where it was commonplace to think they weren't.

We feel the cycles of life all months, men cant do that. Not the masculine ones, the ones more connected with the feminine energy can. Wonderful song, the people singing sang it well.
On yesterday evening I was waiting for the bus and listening to chants as I usually do. The bus station was empty, which was odd, since the station is often full of people.
I noticed the Moon, a beautiful maiden shining brightly, and grey clouds surrounding it.
The Moon was so beautiful I couldn't help but stare at it, even though some people came to the platform I was at and looked at me weirdly. The Moon sent goosebumps over my back (those good ones, you know. ) I felt the energy.
I noticed that the clouds seemed to fade away when I was staring at the Moon, but they always came back when I looked away. This movement happened quite quickly.
This song started playing from my playlist and I started quietly whispering the lyrics.
The clouds started fading away very quickly, I felt like the Moon was listening to me.
When I got to the bus, I took a last glance at the Moon and it was almost covered by the clouds.
People may call me crazy, but that situation was very magical to me and definitely helped me with my wiccan/green witch path.

Because it's a song about some pagan and wiccan beliefs. You know the Christian songs they sing in churches? You would expect Christians to comment under those. As it's a part of their religion. This is part of ours. But feel free tk enjoy it as you wish. We just appreciate it in another way.
I was Pagan/Wiccan for years
I had become Catholic and I still feel compelled to listen to these wonderful songs and all the memories of casting circles and spells come back to me...
One specifically was a Samhain ritual and I couldnt believe what happened
Where most people would be scared I was happy.
When I called each individual tower or corner.
Something pertaining to a specific one always happened
For example
I called Air, the wind blew and swirled around me
When i called Fire, the fire I had grew bigger and the heat went around me
When I called water, the river near by rushed with quite the speed and smashed against the banks and when I called Earth I felt the ground shake.
It was my back yard and it once belonged to an small tribe of indians mind you its not a place thats sacred but a sensitive said some spirits of the indians that were there are still there...
I know having been to RCIA I thought perhaps what I was doing was evil...
But ive found that combining both belief systems is quite the combo.
Why be at odds with yourself?
If your drawn to Christian and Pagan beliefs work with them both...
Stop driving yourself mad.
Plus it gives you a good excuse to stay out of school though thats not the only important thing...

I've always felt a deep connection to the moon. As a kid, I remember looking up at it and feel like I was seeing it frown with me if I was sad, and smile down at me when I was happy. Whoever I told that always laughed at me, but even at my age now, I still feel the same way and see the same.

I use to live in a house with a lot of energy surrounded the house good and bad.
This song has helped me through and gave me strength as well as renewal in faith
It gave me the confidence I needed to stand my ground and search with in myself for power and to feed the craft I wield

Believing in something different is no a wrong doing and shall not be punished
If the Christians who you speak such hate to are in fact showing behavior that is unkind an punishable then they SHALL be punished
But nobody is punished for having a different belief

I walked away from a Catholic religion . It just did not feel right. Now nature felt right the moon called to as it calls to me especially in full moon I found peace I found myself drawn to magic
i was wiccan as a early teen because it made me feel welcome and truly believed in it. (i wasnt the one to practice witch craft) but my parents found out and destroyed my room looking for all evidence and throwing it away. i told them 'you cant ask me to change who i am." they ruined all religion for me when they said ''yes we can." im an atheist trying to believe again. its hard after 7 years of believing gods or goddesses wouldnt let that happen. i dont think i ever can again.

I know what that is like. My whole life my father didn't want me to know anything about my mother's side of the family. I started seeing things in dreams as an early teen and my mom slowly started to tell me about our family tree. Denied it though whenever my dad was around. It wasn't until I was 17 that Wicca took place strongly in my life. Followed my heart in the ways of the Goddess since. If it is a path that is meant for you, you will know. Your past doesn't define who you are today. And if your family loves you, they will love you for who you are and who you will be. :)

Bless my family even if Iam the black lamb of the family.. and she said that I was not the black lamb of the family I am only different and Our family got already blessed with my prayers. She said she would guide me with circles. And never to be mad with my mother because she is different because she accepted my difference that I shall accept that she is different than me too. To change people to my own good is foolish so stay with where I am with you.
