    Peter Zeihan is an international geopolical economic expert. His business is the world, not your local town hall. That he could possibly get on a real estate program and give you nitty gritty details of local real estate markets in the USA is proof this guy studies everything and knows his stuff. It's almost like you could ask him about any town in America and he would give you thumbs up or down on investing.

      LoloLomo and also very consistent. His points connect well with each other and paints a much more clear picture of the current status of the world then a month of CNN coverage lol

      he talks about western MA and conneticut. It's a world away from Boston. I'm assuming he lumps Boston in with NYC on some level.
