  • This is a simple dish that is tasty and good for servicing guests. It uses asparagus and scallops cooked with XO sauce. There are many brands of XO sauce. We like to the Lee Kum Kee brand and this one is also halal.
    For scallops, if you purchase the frozens ones, make sure after defrostand washed them over cold water, followed by 1 minute rinse using hot water.
