There is no better view of the world than through my horse's ears. Superior camera work, that was so close to being there! I love how you are not afraid of her huge motion and power, and the way you communicate with your back. You really are quite an accomplished rider. This is a lovely way to train, keeping her focused while exercising the youngsters. The girls are saying "When I grow up, I want to be just like her!"
I realize this is a video from 2 years ago but the amazing bond between you, Yvonne, and Uniek is so special and so "unique" ❤it touches my heart and brings tears to my eyes!!

I have become so obsessed with watching all of your videos Yvonne with the Friesian horses. I have learned so much about your horses and all of the work that goes into keeping them healthy. Unfortunately our mare and Shetland have passed away now. This has been a blessing that I found your wonderful channel after falling and breaking my knee cap. These videos are so uplifting and I find myself smiling throughout and I don’t mind laying and watching the videos on tv.

I miss riding. I haven't owned horses for many years. I'm old now, but I can still remember how it feels to sit in a saddle and ride. I rode western. I have lived in California all my life! Western pleasure is most common here! My mare (Chiquita) was Morgan/Mustang. She was a dark bay with a long thich mane that hung on both sides of her thick neck. her tail drug on the ground! She was great at western pleasure and out in the trail. I brushed and combed both my houses every day!
I also rode gymkhana. For this I had a beautiful sorrel, Quarter Horse gelding (Chico). He also was great out on the trail!
I love watching you work with the horses, and when you're riding! It brings back such wonderful memories for me. Especially with my dad, before he died.

Thank you! I felt I was there, riding across the paddocks surrounded by bird song, wind, green grass and meadow flowers, as I did when a teenager on my horse Florian. Out in the open, far away from care, blue sky arching overhead, clouds scurrying.

I have always loved the fresians "exaggerated" movements... don't tell my quarter horses I said this but, fresians are in my opinion the most beautiful breed🤫😁 When you said horses are curious I had to laugh 😂 because I've always said they're the noisiest animals ever 🤣 they also have what I call FOMO...fear of missing out 😂 I can't imagine my life without them though 🖤

I really like it when u point out the leaders of their packs and tell us about some of their personalities and how they grow and change I love that about this channel is how informative u are with them.
I can see why Uniek is called the Queen and leader of the herd. She has the physical strength and agility and majestry, but also a certain maturity in her bearing and personality. I could see the younger horses naturally looking up to her. You make riding her look easy but I think there's alot of mutual trust and respect and TLC there.
