I enjoyed every part of your presentation. This is surely going to help me plan my food business. My only challenge is employing honest staff who will manage and run the business in my absent. Monitoring or supervising the business is my major concern right now because I have a job which will not give me that time. I am actually thinking of leasing out the space after setting up rather than pay salaries. what do you think please. I will appreciate your response.

Leasing it out isn’t a bad idea, but if you want to run it yourself, you still can, by putting the structures, putting camera in the kitchen and have checking in the staff regularly. If you don’t try you won’t know if it will succeed. They are still good employees out there.
